Working principle
Using rotating spiral blades to push and transport materials,while the weight of the material itself and the frictional resistance of the screw conveyor casing prevent the material from rotating together with the spiral conveyor blades.
Compared with traditional screw conveyors with shafts,the shaftless screw conveyor has the outstanding advantage of strong resistance to entanglement due to the use of a non central shaft design and the use of a flexible integral steel screw to push materials.
