For the grille,it should be regularly cleared of intercepted debris,usually checked and cleaned daily.The sedimentation tank should discharge sand regularly,and according to the sand content in the sewage,it can be discharged once a week or once a month.The sludge cleaning cycle of the primary sedimentation tank is relatively long,usually cleaned every 2-3 days.During cleaning,attention should be paid to keeping the sludge discharge pipeline unobstructed.
Biological processing equipment
In the activated sludge treatment system,the activated sludge in the aeration tank needs to be discharged regularly to control the sludge age and concentration.Generally,based on the growth of the sludge,it is discharged every 3-7 days.The secondary sedimentation tank should ensure the normal sedimentation of sludge,timely scrape off the sludge at the bottom,and prevent the sludge from floating up and affecting the effluent quality.The cleaning cycle is usually 1-2 days.If the biofilm in the biofilm treatment equipment grows too thick,it needs to be regularly washed or peeled off,usually checked and cleaned once a month.
Deep processing equipment
For filters such as sand filters,activated carbon filters,etc.,regular backwashing should be carried out according to the inlet water quality and filtration effect.The backwash cycle of sand filters may be 1-3 days,while the backwash cycle of activated carbon filters may be slightly longer,about 3-7 days.Disinfection equipment,such as ultraviolet sterilizers,should regularly clean the dirt on the surface of the lamp tube to ensure the penetration rate of ultraviolet rays.Generally,cleaning should be done once a month.
