Installation of Daqing reverse osmosis equipment
1.After the device is transported to the site,it should be placed indoors,with the ambient temperature not lower than 5℃and not higher than 38℃.When the temperature exceeds 35℃,ventilation measures should be strengthened.
2.After the device arrives,it should be installed within one month and immediately undergo a water test run.Before conducting a water test,no valve of the device shall be opened.
3.After the device is in place,the support points of the device should be adjusted to ensure that the components are in a basic horizontal position and have reliable contact with the foundation.
4.The pipelines and valves connecting the device to the water supply pump should be degreased before connection,and the overcurrent part of the water supply pump should also be degreased.
5.The high output height of the production water pipe of the device should be less than 8 meters.
6.If a hard pipe is used to connect the cleaning device and the R/O device,the inlet and outlet pipes should not be directly laid on the ground to avoid damage.
