Installation and commissioning instructions for rotary grille cleaning machine:
1.What needs to be checked before lifting and installing the equipment
1.1 Check if the equipment is damaged during transportation.
1.2 According to the equipment installation diagram,check whether the basic dimensions meet the requirements and ensure that they are met;
1.3 The two sides of the grid well should be perpendicular to the platform surface at the top of the well,with a vertical error not exceeding 20mm;The two sides of the grid well should be parallel,with a parallelism error of no more than 20mm.
1.4 Check whether the position and size of each embedded part are consistent with the drawing,and the embedded steel plate should be level with the top platform of the grid well.The above content has been checked and meets the requirements,and can be installed in place.
2.Specific requirements for equipment installation
2.1 After the machine is placed in the foundation,its installation angle should meet the design requirements.The plane of the grille discharge port should be parallel to the operating platform of the grille well,and the grille wall panel should be perpendicular to the operating platform of the grille well,ensuring that the horizontal error of the equipment installation is less than 1/1000.Then,according to the installation drawing,the equipment should be welded together with the embedded parts,and the foot nuts should be tightened.
2.2 Before powering on,insert the hand crank into the square tenon at the end of the motor,and shake the motor by hand in the direction indicated by the arrow on the safety cover.There should be no other factors that affect the operation.
2.3 Remove the safety cover,loosen the tension sprocket,remove the chain at the end of the reducer,power on and test run to see if the direction of the reducer's operation is consistent with the arrow direction shown on the safety cover.Reverse rotation is strictly prohibited.
2.4 Use a tension sprocket adjuster to adjust the tightness of the chain,and use a tension screw to adjust the tightness of the rake chain.
2.5 Check if the lubricating oil of the reducer reaches the oil level line.If it is insufficient,add 30#mechanical oil to the oil level line.
2.6 Install the safety cover and turn on the power for no-load operation.There should be no shaking,jamming,or abnormal noise.After no-load trial operation,put it back into load operation.
Daily maintenance and upkeep of rotary grille cleaning machine:
1.During operation,if fibrous debris is wrapped around the rotating brush shaft,it should be cleaned in a timely manner to avoid affecting the normal operation of the machine.
2.The garbage hanging on the discharge board should be cleaned regularly according to the amount of garbage.
3.During normal operation of the machine,calcium based grease must be injected into the oil nozzles of each lubrication part once a month using a grease gun.
4.The lubricating oil in the gearbox needs to be replaced regularly.Generally,the equipment needs to be replaced with new oil after half a month of normal use,and then every three months thereafter.The gearbox oil level should be paid attention to during normal operation.
